The global economic crisis severely attacks the private economy in Shijiazhuang in relation to short demand,insufficient monetary chain for production,and loss of confidence in macro economy.So the government should shoulder the responsibility in optimizing the environment,encouraging private businesses to see the chance and pursue restoration and steady development.
