摘要
作为农村中小学布局调整最直接的利益相关者和关键行动人,教师所扮演的角色及其所选择的行为会直接影响布局调整的成效和执行力。在学校撤并后,教师面临着角色的重新调整,所扮演的角色更趋多重化,专业身份意识开始觉醒,职业价值感和压力感日趋增强。并且,少数教师出于对自身利益的考量,出现了自觉边缘化的行为。针对布局调整改革中教师角色的上述特点,应当有针对性地变革教师培训模式,在培训中增强教师应对教育变化的能力;政府和教育部门应当为教师实施改革提供足够的行政资源、教学资源和精神资源;学校应当对教师的思想和行为进行导引,为教师制订微观、具体、明晰的近期工作规划。
As the most direct stakeholders and key people,the role of teachers and their behaviors would directly affect the effectiveness and execution of the school adjustment.After the school-layout adjustment,teachers would face to the realignment of their role and behaviors.Their professional identity consciousness would become awakening,and their professional pressure would increase.Meanwhile,because of the self-interest consideration,a few teachers would appeare consciously marginalized behavior.To counter the characteristics of teacher’s role in the school-layout reform,the model of teacher training should be changed.Government and education department should provide adequate resources for teachers to implement the education reforms.School leaders should guide the thinking and behavior of teachers and develop clear work plan for their staff.
