H county of Liaoning Province is a small town located in the area of Changbai mountains.Because of geographical location,the education in H county has been backward for many years.In this town,a large-scale consolidation of rural schools has been carried out after the success of the boarding schools.Then,how does the consolidation of rural schools implement？ What is the school distribution like after the consolidation？ What affection does the consolidation produce to educational administrators,teachers,students and parents？ With those questions in mind,the researchers of this paper have made an on-the-spot investigation of the consolidation of rural school in H county.
