摘要
辽宁省H县是中国东北长白山区的一座小城。由于地理位置等诸多客观因素的制约,多年来H县的教育一直处于相对落后的状态。就是这样一个教育特殊县,在经过了寄宿制学校的初尝成功后又进行了全县学校大规模的布局调整。那么,H县调整是怎么具体实施的?调整后的学校布局是怎样的?学校布局调整后对于教育行政管理者、教师、学生、家长都有何影响?研究者带着这些疑问进入H县实地考察了该县的学校布局调整历程。
H county of Liaoning Province is a small town located in the area of Changbai mountains.Because of geographical location,the education in H county has been backward for many years.In this town,a large-scale consolidation of rural schools has been carried out after the success of the boarding schools.Then,how does the consolidation of rural schools implement? What is the school distribution like after the consolidation? What affection does the consolidation produce to educational administrators,teachers,students and parents? With those questions in mind,the researchers of this paper have made an on-the-spot investigation of the consolidation of rural school in H county.
