中国法学本科人才的培养目标——基于法学院系网站资料的分析 被引量:19

摘要 法学本科培养目标是确立法学本科人才课程体系、培养方式等培养方案的指针。中国5个层次的50所高校法学院系的网页资料表明,80%为专业人才培养模式,18%为复合人才培养模式,2%是通识人才培养模式。数据显示,大多数高校培养目标中都有"高级专门法律人才"的提法,但是这一表述明显是不科学的,既与国家倡导的高校素质教育的政策相违背,又不符合社会发展的实际。在中国教育发展的新阶段,应着手构建分层次的法学本科人才培养目标:"985"、"211"工程高校应偏向培养研究生后备人才;一般本科院校应走职业教育与素质教育相结合的道路,主要培养全面发展的复合型法律人才;至于民办本科和独立学院的培养目标应明确为培养应用型的基层法律人才。 The training goal of law undergraduate is the guide for establishing curriculum and training program.The page data of 50 sample law departments in 5 different level universities shows that 80% is the professional training model,18% is the composite training mode,and 2% choose the general training mode.Most of the schools have" advanced specialized legal talent"in their training targets.However,this statement is unscientific since it’s not only in conflict with the policy of quality education,but also not in line with the social reality.In the new stage of education development,China should build the stratified training objectives of law undergraduate:the college of"985"and the college of"211 Project"should cultivate the graduate talent,general university should take the combination of vocational education and quality education to develop the complex legal professionals.As for the private university and the independent institute,they should take the responsibility to supply practical legal professionals to the grassroots units.
