New Ideas on the Employment for Graduates under the Background of the Continuous Expansion of Enrollment and the Fluctuation of Job Market

连续扩招和职场变化背景下,我国出现了大学生就业难的问题。基于当前就业现实,通过分析以技术进步为主导的变化了的职场环境,提出了大学毕业生就业的新思路:个人应降低基于传统择业观念的高期望值;市场应走向以供求为导向的灵活就业;高校应重新理解高等教育的功能。

In the background of the continuous expansion of enrollment and the changing of the job market,the graduate employment has become a hot social problem in our country.Based on the reality of the current graduate employment,this paper tries to analyze the fluctuation of job market,which is led by technological advances,and points out that the new ideas on the employment for graduates：Individual should reduce the high personal expectation,which is based on the attitude of the traditional choice of career.And the job market should take the way on flexible employment with supply and demand-oriented.Colleges and universities should re-understand the functions of higher education.
