高校后勤实体独立性问题的制度经济学分析

Institutional Economics Analysis of University Logistics Entities’Independence

高校后勤作为高校的后勤保障系统,是高校稳定发展提高竞争力的主要因素。高校后勤实体的独立性问题是关系高校后勤社会化改革稳定发展的重要问题。从高校后勤工作的现状及其存在的主要矛盾出发,基于制度经济学的关系性合约理论、交易成本理论、产权理论等分析高校后勤独立化问题,认为兼顾效率和服务质量是最重要的原则,高校可以依据学校自身及其所在地区的特点选择适合自己的服务提供模式。

As the logistical support system,university logistics is the main factor for universities to develop stably and improve its competitiveness.The independence of university logistics entities is an important issue for the stable socialization reform in university logistics.Starting from the current situation and existing contradictions of some university logistics entities’independence performance and based on the analysis of related theories in institutional economics,such as relational contract theory,transaction cost theory,property rights theory etc.,this paper points out that reaching a balance between efficiency and service quality is the most important principle.Meanwhile,universities can choose their own service model according to its own characteristics and the regional features.
