摘要
多民族杂居的武陵山区,青壮年平均接受学校教育年限低,其重要原因是:民众对受教育的结果预期单一,对教育投入可能致贫的恐惧,家庭财力薄弱导致学业难以为继,区域经济文化从教育得到的实惠不明显。游走于现代工业与传统农业之间的青壮年由于频繁的交往激发了求知愿望,而生产格局的变化也为他们的再学习提供了较充足的时间,现代信息传播手段也为他们的补偿教育提供了有力支持。因此,对青壮年实施补偿教育非常必要。
In the multi-ethnic mixed area of Wuling Mountain,the average years of school education of young adults are poor.The important causes are that the results of public education are considered to be single,the fear of educational input may lead to poverty,the family financial weakness stops the access to school and the regional economy and culture benefiting from education are not obvious.Walking between modern industry and traditional agriculture,the psychological gap has developed for the young adults.Frequent contacts inspire them the desire for more knowledge.The change of the pattern of production provides more adequate time to them,the improvement of institutions provides material security,and the modern means of information dissemination provide a strong support.Reality calls for the implementation of compen-satory education for young adults.
