摘要
教学模式作为教学理论与教学实践的"桥梁",是教学论研究的重要领域。随着知识经济的到来以及社会对人才需求的变化,我们应打破阻碍人才培养目标的一切观念、做法和制度性障碍,批判继承整合已有的教学模式,吸收国外优秀的教学模式,真正实现我国教育教学改革中人才培养目标的战略性转型。
As a bridge between the teaching theory and teaching practice,the teaching model is one an importantfields for the Teaching Study.With the advent of knowledge-oriented economy and changes of market demand for the talents,we should break the traditional concepts in personnel training and teaching practices,and realize the strategic transformation of talent training model through absorbing the experiences abroad and inheriting the traditional teaching model critically.
