Besides the mission of passing down the culture heritage,universities need to serve the society.The new subject and new challenge universities are facing today is to seek the new chances and opportunities for their own development in the process of serving the society.Social development,the properties of education resources and their own further development make it necessary to share English resources with others.All the colleges and universities are expected to innovate the modes of constructing resources,share and develop the existing resources,which is supposed to promote their common development.
