On Protecting and Inheriting the Intangible Cultural Heritages in China

中国有丰富的非物质文化遗产,但很多面临衰退、濒危甚至消失的状态,必须加以保护与传承。对此,提出三点对策,一是立法保护为先导,二是教育传承是主角,三是统筹规划促实效。

There are a lot of oral and intangible cultural heritages in China,but many of them are in the declined,endangered even disappeared situation.So we have to protect and pass down those heritages.The paper proposed three measures to complete the task of protecting and inheriting the nnon-material heritage,including protecting by legislation,educating from one generation to another,overall planning and implementation.
