After changing from the junior college into undergraduate college,the job skills competition has much functions in the library construction.It not only makes the staff and workers succeed in their jobs and improve the service quality,but also enhance the sense of honor and achievement in order to make the library construction consistent with the assessment requirements for the undergraduate college as soon as possible,and it also benefit the teaching and research work.
