摘要
介绍了步进电机的基本工作原理及控制方法,分析了微处理器STM32F103RBT6和步进电机驱动芯片L6208的性能和驱动原理。设计了一种新型步进电机控制器,其驱动芯片的输入脉冲由直接数字式频率合成器(DDS)提供。给出了系统的软件流程图及通过软件控制步进电机工作的转速、转向和转动位移的方法,该系统能够实时、准确、可靠地控制四相步进电机。
Introduction was made to the basic working principle and control method of step motors.Analysis was made to the performance and driving principle of the microprocessor STM32F103RBT6 and the step motor’s driving chip L6208.This paper designed a new type step motor controller,whose input pulse of driving chip was provided by direct digital frequency synthesizer(DDS).The software flow chart was given.The software controlled step motor’s working rotation speed,steering and rotation displacement.This system can control the four-phase step motor accurately and reliably in real time.
