摘要
对现有配电网管理系统进行软硬件升级和改造,建设符合国际标准的智能配电网自动化系统。给出了供电公司试点区域的实施方案,实现对配电网的实时监控,提升配网调度安全性,自动确定和隔离故障点,自动恢复供电,试点方案实施后取得明显的经济效益和社会效益。
The existing management system of distribution grid was carried out software and hardware upgrade and reformed, the smart distribution grid automation system in conformity with international standard built. An executive plan of pilot area of the power company was given, realizing real-time monitoring of distribution grid and raising security of distribution grid scheduling, so as to determine and isolate the fault point, and to recover power supply automatically. The implementation of the executive plan achieves remarkable economic and social benefits.
