电子级玻璃纤维布焖烧炉恒温控制系统

The Constant Temperature Control System for Electronic-Grade Glass Fiber Cloth of Braised Burning Furnace

摘要 针对电子级玻璃纤维布高温焖烧的工艺要求,设计出一个焖烧炉恒温控制系统。该系统采用Mega128单片机作为控制核心,采用模糊自适应PID方法进行恒温控制。详细介绍了系统的硬件控制方案和软件算法的实现过程。实验结果表明,利用模糊推理在线整定PID参数方法调节温度,有效地控制了焖烧过程温度和燃料供应的参数,达到了降低能耗、保证产品质量、提高效率的目的。 Aimming at the process requirements of electronic-grade glass fiber cloth of high temperature stew burn,a brased burning furnace constant temperature control system is designed.The system uses fuzzy adaptive PID temperature control method.Megal 28 MCU used as a core for control.This paper describes the hardware control program and the realization of software algorithms in detail.The results show that using the method of online tuning of fuzzy reasoning PID parameters to adjust the temperature,can control the temperature in the process of stewing burn and fuel supply parameters effectively,and reach the aim of reducing energy consumption,ensuring product quality and improving efficiency.
