从衰败到再生:城市社区衰退的理论思考

FROM RECESSION TO REGENERATION: THEORETIC EXPLORATION OF URBAN COMMUNITY DECLINE

我国自改革开放以来,随着社会极化的加剧,城市贫困群体开始涌现,城市贫困空间逐步形成。为了加深对这一现象的理解,本文通过引入城市"社区衰退"这一概念,把城市贫困空间植入一个动态的过程之中进行研究。首先,对城市社区衰退现象加以界定,指出社区衰退与贫困空间及城市再生之间的联系;进而,结合国内的相关研究成果,揭示中国当前的城市社区衰退的现状;最后,对国外有关社区衰退的理论成果展开评析和综合,并以此为基础,提出一个城市社区衰退的解释模型,试图为开展中国的城市社区衰退和城市再生研究奠定理论基础。

Since the reform and opening up,China’s urban poverty is emerging as a result of social polarization.This paper makes a thorough study on the community decline.Firstly,it defines the urban community decline and points out the relationship among community decline,poverty space and urban regeneration.Then it reveals the current situations of urban community decline in China combined with related research achievements.At last it presents a model to explain the decline based on the review over international literatures.
