摘要
为满足企业对事物编码的多样化、个性化需求,提出一种面向PDM系统分类信息管理和高效检索的多层次、多级和多段的柔性结构分类事物编码模型,阐述了编码码段类型划分定义及其相互间多种关联关系,并就模型应用系统中有关编码码值涵义解析和流水码值自动生成等关键技术给出了具体的实现算法步骤。通过实际工程应用表明,该模型适应于不同生产特点企业的多种编码需求,具有较强的柔性和通用性。
To meet diversified and customizing requirements of materials coding in the enterprise,a new coding model is proposed oriented to multi-level,flexible structure and multi-segment code for PDM system.Types of code segment and multi-relation are explained.Key technologies,such as code resolution and identifiable code generation,algorithm of each one are briefly introduced.The code mode is proven to be adaptable by its implementation in different kinds of enterprises,with higher agility and practicality.
