摘要
应用图像处理技术开发了磁环端面缺陷在线检测系统。提出了磁环端面图像的轮廓定位优化算法,求解了圆环内外径尺寸及圆心坐标,计算得到了掩模图;给出了提取磁环端面有效分析区域的掩模实现方法;测量了特征尺寸,完成了缺陷的识别;实现了磁环按尺寸规格的分类。实验结果表明,该系统及算法能较准确地识别缺陷,其检出率为97.43%,误检率为2.19%。
The online detection system which is used to detect surface defections of magnetic rings is designed by applying image processing technology.A method based on the orientation and optimization of contour is proposed.The outer and inner radius of ring and coordinate of its center are calculated.The masking image is constructed.The defections are recognized by masking technology.Magnetic rings are sorted by dimension of feature measured.The experimental results show that the surface defections of magnetic rings can be detected successfully by the detecting system.The detection rate of the method and system achieves 97.43% and the false detection is 2.19%.
