摘要
在对比机构运动学分析常用的方法后,以基于杆组的机构组建理论对连杆机构中Ⅰ级杆组、Ⅱ级杆组和III级杆组进行运动学数学模型的建模。在此基础上提出并实现了一种连杆机构虚拟创新设计系统,包括连杆机构运动方案创新设计、运动可行性判断、干涉检测分析、机构运动方案到三维实体运动仿真模型的自动映射、实时显示等功能。
A comparison with the common methods of mechanism kinematics analysis is conducted,and then a mathematic model of the I-bar group,II-bar group and III-bar group in the linkage machanism is built up based on the bar group construction theory,on the basis of which a virtual innovation design system of linkage mechanism is put forward and implemented,including the innovation design of linkage mechanism motion,the judgment of motion feasibility,interference detecting analysis,the automation mapping from the mechanism movement program to the 3D solid kinematics simulation and the real time display and so on.
