Real Surfaces Data Processing Based on the Least Square Method

摘要 在真实表面模型数据处理方法的基础上,采用Wyko NT1100形貌测量仪获得车削表面的形貌数据,并利用最小二乘法对Bad点和噪声点进行拟合插值和数据精简处理,然后将得到的数据导入到CATIA V5中进行逆向建模。比较分析发现:利用最小二乘法处理真实表面数据,并运用其与CATIA V5之间的联系建立三维真实表面模型是可行的。 Based on the analysis of previous data processing methods of real surface model,the topographical data of turning surface are captured using morphology measuring instrument Wyko NT1100.The least square method is used to remove the desultory points,fit the noise points and conduct data reduction.Subsequently,the data are imported into CATIA V5 environment and applied to inverse modeling.By analyzing and comparing,it is indicated that it is feasible to employ the least square method to analyze real surfaces data and rebuild the three dimension real surface model using the relationship between data and CATIA V5 software.
