摘要
通过高含氢硅油与八甲基环四硅氧烷的调聚反应制备低含氢硅油。研究了反应温度、时间、原料配比等对单体转化率、产物折射率的影响。结果表明,在以浓硫酸为催化剂时,反应温度为26℃,反应时间控制在8 h为宜;在含氢量保持不变的的情况下,随着六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)用量的增加,低含氢硅油摩尔质量降低,其折射率随之降低;MM用量保持不变的情况下,随着活性氢量分数的提高,低含氢硅油的折射率逐渐降低。
The low-hydrogen polyhydrogenmethyl-dimethyl siloxane copolymer was prepared by telomerization of high-hydrogen polyhydrogenmethyl siloxane polymer.The factors influencing the structure of polyhydrogenmethyl-dimethyl siloxane copolymer such as reaction duration,temperature,composition of the formula,etc,were investigated.The results showed that the conditions such as reaction temperature was 26 centigrade and reaction duration was 8 hours,were suitable.The content of the hexamethyl disiloxane(MM) increased,molar mass of low-hydrogen containing silicone oil and the refractive index decreased when the hydrogen content remained unchanged.The refractive index decreases with the hydrogen content increasing.
