In the new era,it is the distinctive characteristic of the Chinese Communist Party to adhere to the ＂people-oriented＂ concept of governance.To implement people-centered scientific concept of development is the key to the constructioan of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Importance should be attached to the studies on the educational function of the ＂ people-oriented＂ thought,including ideal,politics and work practice＇s educational function,which will be the ideological basis for guidance of the scientific development concept to China＇s socialist construction.
