益气活血方治疗轻中度中风后抑郁60例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating light or moderate depression after stroke with YiqiHuoxue Decoction in 60 patients

目的:观察益气活血方早期干预中风后抑郁症(PSD)的临床疗效。[方法]60例中风后抑郁症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组(30例)用常规西药治疗并加服中药益气活血方。对照组(30例)在常规治疗基础上加服氟西汀。对治疗前后情况进行比较。[结果]治疗组治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、中医证候疗效评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01),神经功能缺损评分也优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气活血方治疗中风后抑郁具有较好的疗效,并能明显促进中风后神经功能的康复。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in treating depression after apoplexy in the early stage.[Methods] Sixty patients with depression in the early stage after apoplexy were treated.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（30 cases） treated with Western medicine and Yiqi Huoxue decoction and the control group（30 cases） treated with Western medicine and Fluoxetine.The two groups were compared before and after treatment.[Results] The scores of Hamilton depression rating scale and Chinese medical symptom scale in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group significantly（P〈0.01）,neural function defect scale in the treatment group wase also superior to that in the control group significantly（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has a good effect in treating depression after apoplexy.
