摘要
[目的]观察银杏叶提取物EGB761对铜和高脂诱导的AD家兔模型血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。[方法]参照D.Larry Sparks等人的方法,采用铜和高脂饮食复制家兔AD模型,利用50 mg/(kg.d)EGB761灌胃3周后,检测血清SOD、MDA、GSH-PX水平。[结果]模型组家兔血清SOD、MDA和GSH-PX水平均明显升高,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EGB761组血清SOD、GSH-PX、MDA水平均明显下降,与模型组比其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);EGB761组与对照组相比,SOD水平呈下降趋势,GSH-PX水平呈上升趋势,但其差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]铜和高脂诱导的AD家兔模型体内存在明显的过氧化损伤,EGB761对其具有一定的保护作用。
[Objective] To observe the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract EGB761 on serum SOD,MDA,GSH-PX in rabbits with cholesterol-copper induced Alzheimer dementia.[Methods] The cholesterol-copper induced Alzheimer dementia in rabbit was established by modi-fied D.Larry Sparks’ methods.EGB761 was used to treat the rabbits per oral at a dose of 50 mg(kg·d) for 3 weeks.Then serum MDA con-tent,SOD and GSH-PX activity of rabbit were observed and compared between groups.[Results] MDA content and SOD and GSH-PX activity was obviously increased in rabbit with cholesterol-copper induced Alzheimer dementia with significant difference compared to control group(P〈0.05).In EGB761 group MDA content and SOD and GSH-PX activity was obviously declined compared with model group(P〈0.05).Compared with control group SOD level in EGB761 group showed decreasing tendency,and GSH-PX levels showed in-creasing trend without any statistical significance.[Conclusion] Obviously peroxidation injury was existed in rabbit with cholesterol-cop-per induced Alzheimer dementia.EGB761 has a certain protective effect against it.
