摘要
介绍二甲醚的用途、生产方法,甲醇液相法反应温度低转化率高,二甲醚选择性好,但设备腐蚀严重、对环境污染严重等缺点。甲醇气相催化脱水法的二甲醚生产技术由于其投资低、产品调整灵活、工艺简单、技术成熟可靠,是目前国内外使用最多的二甲醚工业生产方法。合成气一步法生产二甲醚的反应器采用结构合理的移热装置,实现了低循环比、低能耗、高转化率并副产蒸汽的大型化工程化已成功投运,并取得良好效果。
Introduced the usage and production progress of dimethyl ether,obtained not only the advantage as lower temperature in action and higher transformation of methanol liquid phase method,and the great selectivity of dimethyl ether,but also the drawback as serious corrosion of equipment and pollution of environment.Because of the low investment,flexible adjustment of production,simple process and reliable and mature technology,the dimethyl ether production technology of vapor phase catalytic dehydration of methanol was the most popular way to produce the dimethyl in dustry at home and abroad.The reactor of producing dimethyl ether from synthetic gas one step method used the heap device with suitable structure,to accomplish the large industry with low circuit ratio,low energy consumption,high transformation ratio and producing steam as additional production,which had already be in investment and operation successfully,and achieved good effects.
