摘要
阐述了共轭亚油酸的结构、来源、生物学功能及对动物体脂代谢的影响与作用机制,探讨了共轭亚油酸有待继续研究的问题。降低动物脂肪沉积是共轭亚油酸的一个重要生物学功能,合成一种共轭亚油酸抗脂减肥制剂。结果表明,共轭亚油酸的降脂功能可能是通过抑制前体脂肪细胞的增殖和分化,促进脂肪酸的氧化和能量代谢,抑制脂肪合成,诱导脂肪细胞凋亡等作用实现的。
The structure,source and biological function of Conjugated lion1eic acid (CLA) and the influence and mechanism of CLA on animal lipids metabolism were reviewed.Meanwhile the directions of CLA nutrition for further research were presented.One of the biological properties of CLA was the reduction of fat deposition in animals.A kind medicament reducing fat of conjugated linoleic acid was synthesized.Studies suggested that the mechanism for CLA to decrease fat deposition was to inhibit the proliferation and differentiation of preadipocyte,increased fatty acid oxidation and energy expenditure,decreased lipid synthesis,increased lipolysis or induced apoptosis of adipocyte.The yield of medicament of CLA was tall.The Experiments showed that mechanism of cnjugated linoleic acid had the function of reducing fat.
