从时间维度看区域协调发展的交通对策研究——以东三省为例

Transportation Plan for Regional Coordinated Development from the Respect of Time——a Case Study of Three Provinces in Northeast China

本文试图从时间角度入手分析区域经济与交通系统的协调发展,依次讨论区域发展和交通系统战略目标的统一性、区域发展和交通基础设施分布的同构性以及区域发展和交通运输投资的适应性,并以东三省为例,从上述三个角度逐一分析了东三省的交通战略选择、交通基础设施布局结构以及交通技术设施的投资决策,从时间维度上提出了促进区域协调发展的若干交通对策。

The paper analyses the coordinated development of regional economic and transportation System from the respect of time and focuses on the following three aspects. One is the unity of regional development and transportation strategic objectives; another is the isomorphism of regional development and transportation infrastructure distribution; the other is the adaptability of regional development and transportation investment. Taking the sample of three provinces in northeast China, the paper discusses its transportation strategy, infrastructure distribution and transportation investment and proposes some transportation policies and tactics for reference.
