随着科学技术的迅猛发展和经济全球化趋势的增强,现代物流在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着重要作用。兰州市作为西北地区的重要物流节点城市,建设兰州物流中心具有重要的现实意义。本文运用SWOT分析方法,综合分析了建设兰州物流中心面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,提出了建设兰州物流中心的战略目标,为兰州物流中心建设提供战略支撑。

With the rapid development of science and technology and the enhancement of economic globalization, modern logistics have been playing an important role in the economic and social development. As a key logistics node city in the Northwest China, the construction of Lanzhou logistics centers has an important practical significance. With SWOT analysis method, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of developing Lanzhou logistics centers, then puts forward the strategic objectives for the construction of the logistics center, finally providing some strategic support.
