新型农村合作医疗制度关系到中国九亿多农民的切身利益,重要性不言而喻。该制度自2003年建立至今,运行状况如何值得关注。本文从甘肃省第一批新农合试点县之一的山丹县入手进行调查,通过对具体数据分析,了解新型农村合作医疗制度的实施效果,查找该制度存在的问题与不足,并从法律层面分析应当如何更好的健全和完善新型农村合作医疗制度。

It stands to reason that the new-styled rural cooperative medical care systems have a vital importance to the immediate interests of more than nine hundred million Chinese peasants,whose operation and performance deserve concerning. The paper has investigated one of the first experimental units, Shandan county to understand the performance effects of new-styled rural cooperative medical care systems, find out their existing problems and disadvantages by analyzing concrete details and offer a legal analysis on how to perfect and improve them.
