加强代表履职能力建设提升教代会工作质量

Strenghthening the Obligation Fulfilling Ability of Representatives and Improving the Working Quality of Teachers' Representative Assembly

高校教代会是教育民主化在我国发展的实践产物。本文从分析影响和制约高校教代会职权落实和功能发挥的主要因素出发,提出要完善高校教代会制度,实现教代会工作质量的明显提高,必须加强代表履职能力建设,不断提高代表履职的能力和水平。

The teachers＇ representative assemby in colleges and universities is the practical product of educational democratization development in our country. From the view of analyzing the main factors which influence and restrict the power implementation and function of the teachers＇ representative assembly, it is put forward that the construction of representatives＇ obligation fulfilling ability must be enhanced and the level of representatives must be continously improved so as to perfect the rules of the teachers＇ representative assembly in colleges and universities and obviously improve its working quality.
