摘要
选用XPD850树脂对湖北蒙特锰业有限公司的锰矿废水所含锰进行回收,研究了温度、时间及pH对吸附性能的影响,解吸剂种类及解吸条件,并对其经济性进行了评价。研究表明:以吸附流出液的Mn2+浓度小于2mg/L为穿漏标准,XPD850树脂对锰矿废水的吸附能力可达到25倍以上的树脂体积,动态饱和交换容量约87mg/mL。
XPD850 Resin was used in recovery of Mn2+ ions from the wastewater of Hubei Mengte Manganese Industry Co.,Ltd..The influence of temperature,adsorption time,pH on adsorption performance and regeneration condition was investigated,the total costs and profits of the process was also calculated.The results reveal the breakthrough adsorption capacity deterimined at leakage of 2.0 mg/L (met the Chinese wastewater discharge standard) in effluent was 78 mg/mL,and the treated wastewater volume was 25 times as much as that of the resin used.
