摘要
羰基化合物与2,4-二硝基苯肼生成苯腙,在氢氧化钾作用下形成酒红色化合物,在波长438nm处用分光光度计测量吸光度从而定量测定壬二酸中的羰基化合物含量。该方法用于测定壬二酸中羰基化合物准确、灵敏。比色液中羰基化合物含量(以羰基计)在0-2μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,对样品平行6次测定相对标准偏差为1.14%~2.21%,回收率为95.5%-104.2%。
Carbonyl compounds react with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine to form phenylhydrazone,but under the action of the potassium hydroxide it also form some wine-red compound,which can be measured the absorbance at a wavelength of 438 nm with a spectrophotometer,thus quantitative determine the carbonyl compounds in azelaic acid.Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0~2 μg/mL.The relative standard devitions were 1.14 %~2.21 % for 6 parallel determinations of azelaic acid samples.The recoveries of method was 95.5 %~104.2 %.
