摘要
采用"石灰调整pH-铁屑置换-硫化沉淀"组合技术处理铜矿区酸性含铜废水,结果表明,控制铁屑置换时溶液的pH在2左右时,海绵铜的回收率达97.15%,置换后的溶液用石灰和硫化钠沉淀处理,余液中铜离子的去除率最高可达99.24%,处理后的水达到了排放标准。。
The combination technique of adjusting the pH by lime-scrap iron replacement-sulfide precipitation was utilized to treat the acidic copper-containing wastewater.The results showed that the recovery of sponge copper was 97.15 % when the pH of solution of scrap iron replacement was controlled at 2.After treatment of replacement of the solution by lime and sodium sulfide,the highest removal rate of copper was 99.24 % and the solution was obtained wastewater discharge standard.
