摘要
利用BP神经网络预测模型融合正交实验法对化学镀工艺进行优化。对比预测结果和实验结果,证明该模型具有较高的精度,适用于化学镀生产。
The technology optimization of electroless plating can be predicted by BP neural network and orthogonal experiment.The predictive results and experimental results are compared,the results show that the modal is better and can be applied in electroless plating.
