摘要
选取西安体育学院、延安大学体育学院和榆林学院体育系2007级体育系男生共108人,采用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和教学实验法等方法。从理论上对体育院系田径普修课标枪教学中运用表象训练教学法进行了阐述,并对对标枪教学中的表象暗示语进行选取和加工,描述了该研究表象训练教学的实施过程。通过5周的教学实验,对实验组和对照组所得数据的研究和分析表明:运用表象训练教学法比传统教学法不但能更有效的提高教学质量,而且能提高学生的表象能力,最大程度地调动学生的学习兴趣,有效的激发学习动机。
This study selected 108 male students in grade 2007 in the PE Departments in Xi'an Institute of Physical Education,Yan'an University and Yulin University.The research methods are literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,and teaching methods such as experimentation.From the theoretical Sports Javelin Track And Field Course Teaching Faculty,the use of imagery training in teaching is set forth,and the appearance of the Javelin teaching language for selecting and processing implies,describes the appearance of the research training of the teaching process of implementation.The 5-week teaching experiment,the experimental group and control group research and analysis of the data obtained showed that:the use of imagery training teaching method than the traditional teaching methods will not only be able to more effectively improve the quality of teaching,but also can improve the appearance of the ability of students to maximize mobilize the students interest in learning and effective to stimulate motivation to learn.
