Analysis and Measures on Public Transport Ticket Fare

北京与其他国际大都市公交客运的票制票价相比,票价处于较低的水平,票制也较单一。应通过改革,提高公共交通票价基准水平,改善公共交通对财政的过分依赖,增强公共交通的出行效率。

The public transport fare is cheaper and the ticket system is limited in Beijing. Given the above situation, this paper proposes a series of policies and measures for improving urban transportation development, such as reforming the public transport fare system, raising ticket prices and establishing performance benchmarks, and changing the monotonous traditional ticket system. In doing so, not only can improve the over-reliance on public finances, but also can increase the traffic efficiency and make the traffic system improved.
