长株潭城市群与武汉城市圈“两型社会”建设对比——以长株潭城市群为对象的战略对策探析

Comparison of Constructing "Two-mould Society" in Chang-zhu-tan Urban Cluster and Wuhan City Circle:Analysis of the Strategic Counter-measures with Chang-zhu-tan Urban Cluster as the Target

本文分析长株潭城市群和武汉城市圈在"两型社会"建设中的五个相同性和六个不同性因素,在此基础上探析长株潭城市群战略对策,着重提出长株潭城市群应突出湖湘文化特色、突出城市群特色、突出战略性新兴产业的构建、突出省域内淡水环境的内部控制与整治等富有特色的"两型社会"建设方略。

This article analyzes the five identical and six different factors in the construction of ＂two-mould society＂in Chang-zhu-tan urban cluster and Wuhan city circle,based on which,it analyzes the strategic counter-measures for Chang-zhu-tan urban cluster.Emphatically it also proposes the Chang-zhu-tan urban cluster should highlight the lofty and the urban cluster characteristics,the construction of the new strategic industries,the internal control and management of freshwater environment,and other distinctive construction plans for＂two-mould society.＂
