有效应对公共危机事件的范式探析——以“7·5”事件为例

Analysis about the Available Paradigm to the Replay to the Public Crisis Affairs——Taking "7·5" Affair for an Example

近年来我国公共危机事件频频发生,传统的范式又难以发挥有效作用,应对危机的效率以及效果难免受到影响。通过借鉴以往应对公共危机事件的应对范式,结合乌鲁木齐"7.5"事件,从微观领域针对有效应对公共危机范式的建构进行初步探讨,以致力于危机管理能力的提升。

The public crisis affairs take place often in recent years,but traditional paradigms are difficult to exert available function,and the impression about the crisis will come under the influence.According to the past paradigms on how to deal with public crisis affairs,combined with ＂7·5＂ affair in Urumqi,the construction of an available paradigm to effectively deal with the crisis affairs is explored in microcosmic realm,so that the ability of crisis management can be improved.
