扬州半导体照明产业发展分析与研究——以扬州经济技术开发区为例

Analysis and Study of the Development of Semi-conductor Lighting Industry in Yangzhou——A Case Study of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone

以扬州经济开发区为主要研究对象,从半导体照明(LED)产业发展现状入手,根据SWOT理论及模型,用系统分析的思想把各种因素相互匹配起来加以分析论证,明确项目战略目标、实施途径,发现存在问题并提出解决办法,为扬州LED产业的发展提供参考。

Taking Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone as a main research object,this paper begins with the present condition of semi-conductor lighting（LED） industrial development.Then it matches and demonstrates different factors with systematical analytical idea in light of SWOT theory and its model so as to make clear the strategic target of project and its way-out,which provides a reference for the development of LED industry in Yangzhou.
