摘要
利用醇浸提的方式对福建泰宁产野生雷公藤的生化物质进行提取,通过杉木种子发芽实验进行生物检测,分析结果表明:野生雷公藤各器官的醇浸提物在各浓度下对发芽率、发芽势、鲜物质量和干物质量都有不同程度的抑制作用,对平均胚根长和平均胚轴长有不同程度的促进作用。主成分分析结果表明,野生雷公藤醇提取物在各个浓度上对杉木种子的萌发整体上都有抑制作用,且浓度越高,抑制作用越强烈,与人工栽培雷公藤醇浸提液处理实验结果相比较,野生栽培雷公藤醇浸提液对杉木种子发芽有更为强烈的抑制作用。
Cunninghamia Lanceolata seedlings were treated with different concentration organic ethanol extracts from different organs of wild Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f from Fujian Taining.The results show that the organic ethanol extracts of the different parts of wild Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f had negative effect on absolute germination potential,absolute germination potential,fresh weight and dry weight,and positive effect on average root length and average embryo length.The result of principal components analysis show that organic ethanol extracts from wide Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f organs have negative effect on the germination of Cunninghamia Lanceolata seeds as a whole,further more the higher of the concentration,the more negative effect.Compared with the result of artificial planted Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f,wild Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f have heavier negative effect on the germination of Cunninghamia Lanceolata seeds.
