摘要
根据开关线性调相器的基本原理,用PIN管混联的方法,设计制作了毫米波雷达前端系统的0/π微带开关线性调相器。首先针对毫米波雷达应用,对开关线性调相器的基本原理作出了分析,接着设计了可工作于16GHz波段的调相器并进行加工,最后对毫米波雷达系统的调相器进行了测试,常温下载漏抑制优于-25dB,且相位误差燮2°,能够满足毫米波雷达系统的要求。
In this paper,according to the basic theory of switched line phase modulator,a 0/π microstrip switched line phase modulators have been designed in the millimeter-wave radar front-end system.First,according to millimeter-wave radar applications,we analysis the principle of the linear phase modulators.Secondly we design a actual circuit which can work at 16GHz band and process.Finaliy we test the phase modulator of the millimeter wave radar system.The containing leakage suppression is better than -25dB and the phase error ≤2°,The phase modulator can meet the requirements of millimeter-wave radar system.
