摘要
以菌丝体干重为指标,通过单因子试验和多因子正交试验,研究蘑菇液体发酵的最佳外界条件。结果表明,蘑菇液体发酵培养的最适碳源为3%可溶性淀粉,最适氮源为0.3%牛肉膏;其他最佳发酵条件为:摇瓶转速130r·min-1,温度25℃,接种量为15%(V/V),最佳发酵时间为7d。
The optimum liquid fermentation conditions for Agricus bisporus are determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,using dry weight of mycelium as the index.The results shows that the maximum yield of mycelium could be obtained under conditions of 3% soluble starch as carbon source,0.3% beef extract as nitrogen source,15% of inoculation amount(V/V),at rotate speed 30 r·min-1,25℃ for 7 days.
