摘要
教师人力资源是高职教育中各种资源中的第一资源,将战略人力资源管理引进高职师资队伍建设,不仅必要紧迫而且切实可行。战略人力资源管理视角下高职师资队伍建设应信奉以人为本的理念,坚持匹配性、协同性、前瞻性等原则,进而提出具体的措施,以提升高职师资队伍建设的成效。
Teaching staff is the most important resources in higher vocational education,and the introduction of strategic human re-source management is necessary and practical.In view of strategic human resource management,the construction of higher vocational education teaching staff should follow people-oriented concept and insist on matching,coordinated and forward-o-king principles,then the paper proposes some specific measures to enhance the construction of teaching staff in higher voca-tional colleges.
