摘要 基于FPGA设计的全量程高精度电压测量系统,测量区间可调,测量精度高。利用区间式电压测量原理,有效地克服了传统的宽电压测量与高精度之间的矛盾,可在不需要太多增加硬件的情况下,大大提高测量精度。文中设计的高精度电压测量系统精度可达0.24 mv,且电路较简单,价格便宜,具有很好的市场推广应用前景。 The paper designs a high-accuracy and full-scale range voltage-measuring system based on FPGA.The system has the ad-vantages of adjustable voltage-measuring and high measuring accuracy.The measurement system utilizes the measuring prin-ciple of interval voltage and conquers effectively the contradiction between traditional full-scale voltage measurement and the high accuracy.Therefore,the measurement accuracy can be improved greatly without increasing hardware.Accuracy of the voltage measuring system with high accuracy designed by this paper can reach 0.24mv,and the circuits are simple,the price is cheap.This system will open up broad prospects for marketing and applications.
