By analyzing the moral education problems affecting vocational school students＇ post internship,the corresponding counter-measures and strategy from the ideological education before practice,construction of the extracurricular practice base,the students＇ pre-job training,improving the status of professional ethics,and carrying out the psychological counseling and so on,are given.The paper also explores the norms and management of the post internship system.
