Exploration into the Problems in Process Management of Human-oriented Complete Credit System

在实施完全学分制过程中,传统的高校管理模式和管理流程面临严峻的挑战。分析现有教学管理流程存在问题,应用企业流程再造(BPR)的基本原则,按照"以人为本"的核心教育理念,对实行完全学分制下的管理流程重组进行探讨,力求为顺利实行完全学分制提供可资参考的路径。

During the implementation of complete credit system,the traditional management mode and process in higher educational institutions are facing great challenge.Based on the analysis of problems existing in present process of teaching management,by adopting the basic principles of business process reconstruction（BPR）,referring to the core educational conception of human orientation,the reconstruction of management process under complete credit system is discussed,in hopes that references can be found to accomplish the reform of complete credit system.
