摘要
焦虑是一种复杂的综合性的负性情绪,一方面是外界威胁性事物和情境的逼迫、压抑,另一方面是自身的无能为力、无所作为,两相碰撞,必然导致内心激烈的矛盾冲突,使个体处在担心、忧愁、惧怕、紧张的心理状态之中。馆员的心理焦虑主要表现在对身份与结果焦虑、投入或努力焦虑、影响焦虑和公平焦虑。针对心理焦虑产生的原因,可以通过定期开展业务及心理素质培训、推行以人为本的管理模式、推广工间操以及利用闭馆时间,开展文体活动等一系列具体对策,从而达到增强馆员自信心的目的。
Anxiety is a kind of complex integrated negative emotion.On the one hand,it originates from the repression of the threatening outside;on the other hand,it comes from one's incapability or no achievement.The collision of the two sides will inevitably lead to intense inner conflict,driving the individual worried,depressed,fearful and nervous.Librarians' anxiety can be mainly classified as the anxiety about identity and results,the anxiety about commitments and efforts,the anxiety about influence and the anxiety about fairness.In terms of the causes for anxiety,some strategies are put forward as conducting regular professional and psychological training,advocating human-oriented management,promoting work-break exercise and organizing a series of entertainment and sports activities in the closing time.It is expected to build up and strengthen the librarians' self-confidence.
