摘要
采用多能场复合作用下的湿式粉碎法制备纳米WS2粉末,对其进行表面改性处理后加入传统发动机油中制备出系列纳米WS2环保节能型发动机油,在汽油车和柴油车上对传统发动机油和纳米WS2发动机油进行行车试验对比研究,考察行车试验中纳米WS2粉末的节能减排特性。结果发现,在汽油车上使用时,纳米WS2能使传统汽机油保持优良且更加稳定的粘温性能、润滑性能和抗腐蚀性能,并且汽机油中的铁含量明显减少,使用寿命提高1.5倍。此外,纳米WS2能显著降低发动机燃油消耗(最大49.6%,最小也有16.4%,平均节省燃油20.3%);在柴油车上使用时,纳米WS2能有效改善发动机的动力性能,使耗油量明显下降(约14.4%),并能在一定程度上降低发动机的运行噪音,发动机的有害气体(NOx)排放减少34.8%~51%。行车试验表明,汽油车和柴油车上纳米WS2粉末均具有优良的节能减排效果。
A kind of nanometer WS2 powders was prepared by means of wet smash in multi-energy field,and series of environmental protection and energy-saving nano-WS2 gasoline engine oil were prepared through adding surface modified nanometer WS2 powders into traditional engine oils.Road travel tests of nano-WS2 gasoline engine oils and traditional gasoline engine oils were done on gasoline car and diesel bus,to investigate the energy save exhaust reduction performances of nano-WS2 particulates in road travel test.The results show that,when used on the gasoline car,nano-WS2 can make the traditional gasoline engine oil keep excellent and more stable viscosity-temperature performances,lubricating properties and corrosion resistance performance,and improve its service life by 1.5 times,which means that nano-WS2 can lengthen the oil change period.Besides,nano-WS2 can reduce the abrasived iron content of gasoline engine oil during the road travel test,which means that it can prolong the service life of engine evidently.In addition,nano-WS2 can reduce the fuel consumption observably(by 49.6% to the greatest extent and by 16.4% to the smallest extent,and the average rate of fuel saving is 20.3%);When used on the diesel bus,nano-WS2 can improve the engine’s power performances effectively,and reduce its fuel consumption by 14.4%.Moreover,nano-WS2 can lower the engine’s run noise to a certain extent and reduce the emission of harmful gas by 34.8%~51%.All the results of the road travel tests indicate that nano-WS2 particulates have excellent energy save exhaust reduction performances on both gasoline car and diesel bus.
