All-increasing factor analysis for hospital income

目的:探讨门诊及住院工作量,业务收入和病种构成间的影响因素。方法:多元函数全增量因素和病种构成因数分析。结果:门诊人次,住院人次数量的增加(参考医疗费用支出大的危重病种的变化)影响业务收入最大,门诊人均费用最小,平均住院日缩短,使检查治疗时间集中,导致住院日均费用增高。结论:通过多因素分析,可以找出变量之间的影响程度,为管理和决策提供依据。

Objective： To explore the influencing factors among out-patient and in-patient medical service, income and disease constitution. Methods： Multifunctional all-increasing factors and disease constitution factors were analyzed. Results： The increase in in-patient and out-patient number influenced the hospital income heavily and each person cost mildly. The shortening of admitted days to perform medical examination and treatment induced the admitted cost growth. Conclusion： The influencing extent between variables has been obtained by multi-factor analysis to provide a basis for management.
