摘要
目的深入了解实习护生治疗性沟通自我效能感的评价及影响因素。方法本研究为质性研究,通过对120名参加治疗性沟通实习的统招本科生进行非概率抽样,最后抽取12名学生作为本次研究对象。在对其进行个人深入访谈、建立编码和归档系统后,提炼和分析所收集的信息。结果实习护生治疗性沟通自我效能感的评价存在纵向和横向2个参照体系。横向维度包括榜样示范作用、回顾学习及态度情感,纵向维度包括既往经验、教师指导、态度情感、价值体现及连续性(延展性)。结论成败经验、他人的示范效应、教师的引导、实习态度与情感是影响实习护生自我效能感形成的因素,通过治疗性沟通实习,可以培养和提升护生自我效能感,而自我效能感的提高又可促进学生参与的激情与兴趣,从而形成良性循环。
Objective To explore the evaluation and influencing factors of self-efficacy for nursing students in therapeutic communication.Methods 12 students were chosen as the subjects from 120 students attending study of therapeutic communication with non-probability sampling method.The data of them were collected through deep interviews and analyzed with phenomenological analysis method.Results Analysis indicated that experience,demonstration effects,teachers’ guide,attitudes and emotions were four factors influencing the form of self-efficacy.Conclusion Therapeutic communication is an effective way to foster and enhance the self-efficacy of nursing students.
