摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础教学法在实习护生安全输液教育中的应用。方法随机整群抽取2009年3—12月在某三级甲等医院实习的护生97名,分为10个小组,每组8~10人,采用以问题为基础教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)开展安全输液的专题教育。结果采用PBL后实习护生安全输液意识明显提高,护理缺陷减少,实习护生因静脉输液引起的安全问题由2008年的13例降到2009年的2例。结论 PBL有利于护生对安全输液知识的掌握,防范静脉输液安全隐患,保障患者的输液安全。 Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL) approach in safety infusion education among nursing students.Methods A total of 97 nursing students practicing in a Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospital from March to December 2009 were recruited with random cluster sampling.The PBL approach was applied in their safety infusion education.Results After using PBL teaching method,nursing students’ awareness of infusion safety was enforced and the incidence of defects decreased consequently.The safety problems of intravenous infusion caused by nursing students fell from 13 cases in 2008 to 2 cases in 2009.Conclusion Problem-based teaching is an effective method for nursing students to master safety infusion knowledge and improve their practice capacity.
